Notice how all the 4-5 star reviews are about moving in? Just wait! One of the worst places to be. I lived here for almost 3 years. In the beginning it was good but they get new management all the time and the most recent group is the worst. The inside is iffy depending on the unit you get. The carpet in mine was disgusting and always had a smell that never left and was worse in the summer. My move-in experience was excellent! The leasing team was welcoming, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were well-organized, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was ready when I arrived. The apartment was clean and move-in ready, which made settling in so much easier. I’m very impressed with the level of customer service and excited to call this community my new home! Travis is professional, considerate, understanding, and get the job done.
I love living at carriage house apartments very friendly clean quite apartments great for family’s children and more there’sa pool also washer drying rooms hook up along with dryer room if you don’t have the machines also the best management I’ve dealt with yet thank y’all so much for a great apartment living the safe environment , and all the family fun filled activities we appreciate everything y’all do!! This has been happening for months. Trash being left either in the field, tucked away behind a bush, or beside the garbage. I contacted the office numerous times about this issue and they have yet to resolve the issue. Each week I will be writing a review about this topic until it is fixed. If you’re looking for a nice, peaceful and affordable place to stay I suggest The Carriage House Apartment homes!! Travis Perrier is so nice! And he worked extremely hard on getting me approved for my new home. He brings such light to the building and he always has a smile on his face!! Anytime I have visited the building the grounds have always been clean and cut and very quiet, so a very nice place if you have smaller children or maybe even enjoy a very quiet environment for yourself.
