LOVE Carriage House. Very accommodating and CARE about you and your pet. Always willing to take the take to talk and available immediately in emergency situations! Dr. Polly Lewis is the BEST!
I have trusted my service dogs with Carriage House for years now and I don't think I would go anywhere else. I live in Rochester they are well worth the special ride there. They are awesome! Their prices are reasonable for me and I am on a fixed income.
Great vets. I've had a bad experience with a place in Rochester who would find something "wrong" with my 2 dogs every time I took them in for a routine exam. Carriage House gives it to you straight and I leave there feeling like I haven't been taken advantage of :). Dr. Polly is great!
The 2 vets that took care of our family cat, Ginger, were amazing. Best experience and treatment I've had between Rochester and Pine Island. Staff is friendly and knowledgable.
