Fast and reliable maintenance. Spacious lounge with a large TV and tables for studying or games with friends. The Carriage House is a home away from home. We have great managers who really care about everyone who lives here.

Carriage House is like being in your home away from home. Every one is so kind and social here. The management is great and the maintenance gets done quick. The weekly clean checks help the apartments stay clean and almost new. I loved being this close to campus.

I spent two semesters at carriage house and would absolutely recommend it to any girl looking for housing. The management was awesome and even though they're changing I know the people coming in a little bit and I think they'll do a great job which seems pretty typical for this place. They have girls in apartments that can help when the office is closed so there's always someone to help you, maintenance requests are processed super efficiently, there's a friendly environment full of very sweet girls and awesome wards, it's j... read more
