Truly enjoy living here. Quiet, respectful neighbors, walkable, safe neighborhood. Management goes out of their way to meet your needs. The grounds are clean and well-maintained. I have twice the square footage compared to living downtown in Tacoma for the same price. The inside is a bit outdated, but all the pluses make up for that. It's the best move I've made.
Steve, the maintenance guy is the best! He is always considerate and empathetic to the tenants needs and is always willing to help. If it wasn't for him, I don't think Carriage House would survive. Thank you for all the years that I have lived there, I will never forget your generosity and kindness which most multifamily homes lack.
