Ignore the poor reviews on this place! I am actually sad to say I am moving. Do to a new job. I love my apartment. Tantara owns these as well. They are always quick to come fix things or look at things right away. They put in a new air conditioner for me. They also keep the apartments very clean. The laundry room is always clean and the hall ways. Considering alot of stout student live here. It's very quit! They do a great job with inspections making sure your fire alarms work, and check other things as well during that time... read more

They have the WORST renter's policy anywhere in town. This is a college town, they refused to let my roommate and I have a 9 month rent, and then, after paying for 3 months of rent while we were NOT living there, they called on august 8th and told us that because we didn't tell them 30 days in advance that we WANTED our lease to expire at the time it was AGREED upon that it would expire, we now owe them September rent.
