Honestly can’t complain about the apartment itself, very clean when we moved in and they were quick to fix the few things that weren’t up to standard. The office has also been really great to deal with in all other regards as well. BUT you gotta get a P.o. box or something cause your packages WILL 100% get stolen. It’s so funny we were talking about how great the place was then we get home to pick up our package and someone stole it. Living here was great and I would continue to recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet place in a nice neighborhood. However, the management and front office are horrible. They are rude and unprofessional, they have made several billing mistakes over the years we lived here and always refuse to answer their phones or emails whenever you need to contact them for anything. They even tried to rent out our apartment even after we signed a lease for it months beforehand...
Dennis and Trevor fixed my washing machine and actually left a note. Many other repairs have not resulted in leaving communications in what was fixed or not.
Dennis and Trevor fixed the sliding door lock. They did great job.
Dennis, Caleb, and Trevor handled my apartment flood like pros. Their urgency and professionalism was genuinely appreciated during a stressful time. After everything was removed and dried, they put my room back together just how it was. I truly appreciate the maintenance team in this complex.
