This property is the pits!!! In 8 years here 12 different property managers. Communication is non-existent. I received a response from them that said due to least responsibilities they could not work with me. This was my response to them..... Lease responsibilities!!! I begged for my lease three times back in June and never did anyone ever respond to me. Communication??? Really? EDIT 08/24/25 : after what seemed like a never ending battle, it seems that management has started to take our concerns a lot more seriously. I believe we now have a new manager, and they seem to be making progress! I've seen a significant change in food traffic as well as the roaches overall, I am aware it is a process, I just appreciate the new management staying on top of it, and enforcing it.
