I have been here 1 years and 7 months and they have no communication skills. We have gone without hot water a handful (or more) of times throughout this time and no one has communicated to us any updates. I have missed work because they have no sense of urgency to repair urgent problems. If they are comfortable going to work without a shower that's on them but some of us do not. If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I moved to Carriage Hill back in Dec of 2021 I lived there for about 6 months, the air conditioner didn't work and neither did the heater. Also, when I first moved in, the apartment had several missing parts of the heater that never got fixed or replaced. They always took a long time to get back with maintenance or call backs. I have had a terrible renting experience at this apartment complex. I have lived here for almost 2 years, and it truly seems like your experience here will be fine as long as there are no issues with your unit (which is unlikely, given that it is a 60 year old building). Within the first two months of this year, my unit lost heat almost 7 separate occasions, two of those times being issues with the boiler and so we didn't have any warm water for days at a time (or running water...this happened several times last year too).
