I am a new resident at Carriage Hill Apartments and the Property Manager ShaToya is very nice. She was able to help me get into the place quickly. My apartment is very clean, spacious and affordable. I love it here so far.
She is a Manager out here and she is doing a good job of getting things done i am happy that she out here and all needs to keep her out here and i love being out here
Just moved out from Carriage Hill due to a new job. They have a new Property manager and maintenance lady that are top notch and are very friendly and get the job done. Apartments are good sized but if you have a lot of things it will become somewhat cramped, but on the plus side they do have the only attic storage available in Dublin,Ga. Attic space is large enough to fit a large amount of items. Washer and dryer hook ups in utility room on all 1 and 2 bedroom units.
