My family and I are giving Carriage Hill Apartments a 5-star rating because the property manager, Shatoya Williams, was absolutely wonderful, polite, and very professional when trying to get my mother in for a 1-bedroom apt. We were amazed at the efficiency Shatoya demonstrated getting her all setup so quickly. She was extremely thorough in going over all the details and paperwork.
