ShaToya Williams is an excellent property manager, got approved and started the move in process quicker than the military shipping you out 😂, and she’s funny. 10000/10
The property manager, Shatoya Williams made our first time experience very easy and comfortable. We saw the unit on Thursday and signed our lease the next Thursday. It was easy, fast and she had us laughing the whole time
We really have a very good Property Manager, ShaToya Williams, at Carriage Hill Apartments and she makes sure everybody is taken care of. She deserves a five-star plus more.
Ms. Shatoya is awesome. Very communicative and understanding with people and if there’s anything she can do to help she will.
