I love Carriage Hill. The apartment complex is in a nice neighborhood, and I always feel safe. Our Property Manager ShaToya Williams is very nice and approachable. She talks to the tenants wanting to know about any issues. Personally, I’ve had maintenance issues in my unit and she was prompt in sending the maintenance man over. She’s a wonderful manager! She helps to make this place feel safe and homey.
Since moving here it's been quiet, clean and the people are friendly. The property manager ShaToya Williams is very professional, helpful and down to earth, I would recommend this place for retirees and working people who want to go home to a comfortable atmosphere.
Shatoya William is a great property manager!! My move in process was amazing! She’s very sweet and kind. I’ve been here for a year without any problems, so I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon lol. There’s no place Id rather be! Thank you Shatoya! 10/10 recommend Carriage Hill.
