My mother lives on the bottom floor and the people above her are constantly throwing trash down onto her porch. There are also people they break the locks and they walk their dogs with no leashes around the back of the property. Hopefully my nieces & nwphew don't get bit by someone's dog. I don't know if management really cares or not but a lock was put on the gate and then someone broke it and now the gate is back open. Her bathroom ceiling is also leaking nasty yellow water/sewage and they are taking long to fix it.
Recently I had my bathroom floors done because the vinyl flooring was coming up. Roberto and Hugo did absolutely an amazing job. It brought life back to my bathroom. After the job was completed I literally had tears in my eyes. The two of them DID NOT cut any corners. They removed the vanity, toilet and even took the door off the hinges. When you take your time do a job right the first time you don’t have to go back to it. Thank you Roberto, Hugo, Jason and Ms. Day.

The service I received was phenomenal, 04/27/26 Markia the community assistant is awesome, the service tec Henry is the best tec I had that performed work in my unit in years, he didn't rush the job, the work was excellent, I appreciate Ms Day and the staff
