Been living here since February 2025. First fuses kept blowing every time I plugged anything up. Call emergency maintenance for them to tell me,"oh just flip the fuse switch!". WTH, this cannot be normal. Air doesn't work and went two weeks without the use of my stove because every time I turned it on, it blew a fuse. My girlfriend car has been towed three times even though she has a guest parking permit. No one visits because they refuse to pay the hourly parking rate. Hello, everyone I would like you to thank Ms. Rochelle for the support and carry. She has shown me. It is very important to discuss situations. I'm if you're home or yourself and that's what I did. I've been living. And carriage hill for a year and haven't had any problems at all. So due to that, thank you miss rochelle for being there for me and listening what they big heart.
The apartments are cool. It’s the POOL STAFF. Please fire them and hire a new crew next year. The guys are fine. It’s the girls. My family and I came to the pool that we pay for as residents and was met with nothing but attitude and barely any acknowledgement. Every worker especially the young lady with the leg tattoos on both legs and braids was very nasty. The pool and the area were both nasty and I feel as though as residents we should be treated better.
I have been complaining about mice in my apartment for months with no resolution! They send an exterminator and all they do is move the damn stove and put it back- I was here when they did it. I have found two dead mice in here and three more since then. Tonight, one was on my bed while me and my child slept! This is it! They're more worried about fixing and filling up new apartment units and not helping the tenants who already live here.
