Illegal towing constantly. Got my car towed at 9:28pm & I was dropping off. Then I call to get my car back they say I have to wait til 7am when they literally just took it.No security whatsoever, a/c is sketchy.Charge $15 extra on top of your rent if you pay online. This place is a money grab
I don't feel safe in carriage hill it's always police activity yet cars are still vandalized property damaged they let any and everyone in no safety at all everywhere else is strict and safe gated well maintained but not carriage hill apartments There's mold so if you start having breathing problems coughing or sneezing it's in the vents and walls where you can't see even the bathroom has mold they paint over it lost my apartment to mold
Mid-rise AC sucks politely. But everything else is cool and the staff is helpful.
This is a good app when you need information on apartment's or other things it's a very helpful app
