If I could give zero stars, I would. This community has been a complete disaster since I moved in a few months ago. There are mice in the unit like they pay rent here it’s unacceptable. Despite bringing up these concerns, nothing has changed. The staff is unprofessional and unresponsive. Carlos has been rude and only seems to prioritize Spanish-speaking residents. Myself and my boyfriend recently were residents of Carriage Hill and although our time there started off rocky, Rochelle completely turned our experience around. She was helpful, understanding, caring, professional and went above and beyond to make sure that our experience ended well. So othern Management/Carriage Hill is lucky to have such an impactful team member. She’s a gem!
Carriage Hill Apartments has proven to be a wonderful place to reside. The staff has consistently demonstrated respect and professionalism, addressing concerns promptly and effectively. I sincerely thank the entire Carriage Hill team for their dedication and support.
