This past Thursday we had a power outage. This property handled it very poorly. Even though power is back on, we still have no air conditioning on 90 degree days. I literally had to stay at a hotel the past two nights just to get some sleep. No one can sleep in an apartment that’s 85 degrees. It’s unhealthy and other provisions should have been made for those residents without power.
No A/C since Thursday. It's currently Sunday evening. It's 82 outside but 85 inside. I can't enjoy the living space I'm paying rent for! Not much I can do about but turn on a fan that just moves around hot air and be uncomfortable and miserable!!! I regret moving here.
Everything went smooth the process was easy and stress free. My agent explained everything completely. I enjoyed the experience.
