Nice place with pool
I broke my lease for 1200 dollars and they are still making me pay rent for two months and my utilities. being completely ripped off and the employees are extremely weird and petty. don’t recommend living here :p
Management is trash
The only reason I'm giving three stars is because it's truthfully a good place to live. However, my car was broken into in the line of sight of a security camera, but I was informed they don't work. Be warned. Also, with the renewal contract negotiations and the process of leaving the unit, the representatives only worry about the new tenants moving in. Specifically, the tenant will be on the hook for a full electricity bill and can't shut it off if they move out early and the lease is paid in full.
Very condescending on the phone and rude to military families. Also Zillow website lies about being pet friendly.
