My Apartment is flooding with sewage water coming from the Kitchen sink because of Bad Plumbing, as I'm typing this. This isn't the second or third time either. It's a constant back and forth with "Management." I've made numerous maintenance requests and the problem persists. If it isn't the EXTREME ROACH problem, it's the PLUMBING that will cause this Building to be shut down. I guess the Owners don't care about being sued because I'm not the only one.
