Lived here for 3 years and overall enjoyed my time here. But the 3 stars is for them absolutely fleecing us with getting our security deposit back. They tried to charge us $110 to have 7 lightbulbs changed to all be uniform and when we calle them out on it they backed off. We also didn’t clean the oven to their standard and they charged us $350 for it. Really put a bad taste in our mouths in an overall good experience.
We have lived at Berkshire Landing for 8 years and loved every second of it. Ashley is a great landlord. She is fair and quick on getting things done. Any major issues, not that we had many at all, were always resolved quickly. Kelly, the maintenance person is the BEST! He knows his stuff and is always here quick. Anything you need, it’s done.
