They lied to me on the phone twice a day for three days. Had my car for two days and never provided the maintenance I asked for. Don't believe what Nick F. tells you.
I Have purchased 2 NEW vehicles from Carriage Ford since June 2012 and I need some service. I've tried to make an appointment online, submitted an online request for them to contact me, I've called 3 times and spoke to staff who assured me that they would call me back, and I've also been to the dealership itself and I CANNOT GET ANY SERVICE. I've never been to a car dealership that made me feel more comfortable. It was like I was part of their family. Got a great deal on a certified pre-owned Fusion that I love. Will never car shop anywhere else! Thanks Carriage Ford!
I bought a truck here about a week ago and had a great experience! Sales team was very knowledgeable, management was very easy to deal with and financing was a breeze! extremely satisfied and will not go anywhere else!
they sold me a certified used ranger. After the first day, the service engine light came on. I tried to return it immediately, and they said it would be against company policy to refund my money. jerks
If you need to buy a ford, dont buy it from these guys very pushy, and if you fall for their crap youll walk away with a terrible deal. If you like being rushed and treated like your an idiot give them a call
