Horrible place to live. They will raise your lot fee every year. You will end up paying over $1,000 a month and if you are not hispanic you will be treated like dirt. The new section is awful. Buyer be ware this is not a good place to live. It's not only the crime it is the office and maintenance staff. Terrible people.

Homes are made cheap but they are expensive, you pay for well water which is nasty and extremely high. They give out violations like candy and don’t give out violations to the people who deserve them. They allow so much crap to go on and can careless. Lot rent goes up every year and most of the lots are small. You can hear your neighbors inside your home. When you complain about an issue it never gets resolved, management has excuses for everything. They will make this park sound so nice but once you sign everything changes.

hello, i lived there for 7 years, people in office are incompetent , and promise aren't kept! lived on a pond view which i paid 200 a month extra, , they had resources to keep it filled, went down to a mud pit! Park manager Keith Stevens, goes out of his way to harass people, who are just trying to enjoy retirement! one weed protruding, and you get a letter! definitely needs people skills! Would not live there if house was free! lot fees raised at a 6 percent annually! hot tub pool ,are closed consistently and repairs take ... read more

My family moved in here 15 years ago, and was issued a permit to park on the street as we have 3 cars. On Feb 13th 2026 we were left a sticky mess of a pink note on our car that were left on the street that our car was going to be towed as it is now after 14 years now a sudden no parking zone. We were issued a parking permit when we moved in for our third car and now the onus is on us to find that. These people do not care about working family's prepare to be fined for random projects that need to be done out of your pocket ... read more

The park is nice. Lots of amenities. The problem is the management. The secretary in the office is rude and not helpful. She blames all issues on someone else. All issues are third party issues. The staff isn't helpful at all. Think twice before you move here. Armando only cares about selling properties and not really managing this one.

Where to even start... Cider Mill and Sun Communities is a scam. Employed by crooks that dont look at people as people, but as money and allow families to be homeless for extended periods of time. As if they dont get enough from us. We listed our home in March. We immediately had interest! It was great! But the office continually lost applications or said they never recieved them from multiple applicants that wanted to buy from us! It would happen multiple times to the same applicant, so they would in turn say they didn'... read more

Thank you Wes on helping on my move. I wanted to stay, but after hurting my back could no longer afford to live there. Thanks for making it go smoothly. Also good luck to the people who bought the play. You’re in great hands.  Thanks  Mary Krul
