Very noisy trailer park. Very loud race cars . Motorcycles very loud. People litter everyday. Dogs do their business on your lawn. People have 3-4 dogs over 50 lbs which are left outside to bark all day. Rules are enforced by the manager to certain people and others can do what they please. Lot rent very expensive for the neighborhood. I would not recommend this trailer park unless your young and don't care about rules or noise.

I have been living there for over 10 years. Up until the past few years I would have recommended this place for anyone. Now the place is turning from a manufactured home community into a trailer trash park. The place is over crowded. They are just letting everyone and anyone live there. There are so many people in there that aren't registered or supposed to be there. The place is getting run down because they don't make people keep up their houses. We just purchased a home at Carriage Cove. We put a lot of time, money & sweat into making it our own. I was completely happy, until someone broke into my vehicle and stole my things. I was hoping to feel safe here, but unfortunately, I don't. �

Biggest shit whole in Sanford. Tiffany sucks as manager. Need New people there then it might get better!
