Apartment building 340 has cockroaches thanks to the nasty losers who moved in! Maintenance doesn't seem to motivated to get anything fixed! If you live here and they ignore your issues or concerns then file a complaint with the Marion Municipal Court and have your monthly rent put into escrow. Your rent will go to the court instead of your landlord UNTIL the issues/problems have been fixed!!! Google rent escrow to learn about your RIGHT to prevent your landlord from ignoring you and your problems!!!
This place isn't bad, OR at least MY apartment wasn't that bad. They've finally started replacing all the door and windows for all the apartments here, which was needed extremely badly! Everything runs off electricity in these units, including the furnace. While here, unfortunately, I had to place plastic wrap over all the windows and including the front door due to cold air pouring in. I hear great things but have been calling for almost two months to rent and no one calls back. Everything ready to go, Did something happen? Do they not rent anymore?
Lived here 3 years, new landlord is great, If anything ever broke they fixed it as soon as possible also a great price for everything you get. The kitchen is a bit outdated but other than that it’s great
