I shopped Carrera Motors used inventory online and found the perfect BMW X3 for me. I sent an email asking for a quote, saying I wanted to buy the car. My email was immediately responded to with a phone call from Chris Root. I set up a time the next day to come down and buy the X3. Chris was wonderful to work with, as was Steve the finance manager. Just purchased a 2010 BMW X5, my third car purchase from Carrera over the past ten years. They are my go-to dealership because I trust them and know they will provide strong service/support. I've worked with Dan Horton in Bend and, most recently, Joe Shannon in Medford. Both go above and beyond. To wit, Dan found the car I desired at their Medford dealership. Go to Portland!!!! Bend's Carrera Motors are the most unhelpful audi dealer I have ever ever ever ever experienced. They will not go out of there way for any reason. And will overcharge you if you are inexperienced with parts replacement. The woman answering the phone takes pleasure out of not being able to accommodate, and the parts guys lie!!!! Buying a car and service have been very good, trading in a car was a nightmare. In order to dive down trade-in price we were accused of dishonest and disreputable behavior, of having ruined our car’s value by having it painted, and then were brow-beaten by the “red-herring” of a nonexistent CarFax report. High-pressure sales with the addition of the accusation of dishonesty on our part while Carrera was fabricating issues.
