The whole team super friendly and professional. Lady manning the office was really helpful over the phone and in person. Perfect mechanic for car enthusiasts and general users alike. I called up to see if they can change my clutch fluid last minute and they did that plus more, all out of the kindness of their heart

These guys have looked after my car for years. I was having trouble with a persistent mystery issue that no less than 5 other mechanics (including Ford themselves) could not solve, and on bringing to Carrera, they identified and fixed within the hour. Since then they have been open and honest about what needs to be done, and always ringing ahead before performing work.
