I informed the person showing the property my credit situation that it’s not that good and that I got section 8 they told me to fill it out the application anyways because they work with credit their is a application fee . Never got a response to if I got accepted or denied I personally think they do it often to just charge the money from multiple people. I rented a 2br/1bath and was happy with my overall experience. The office staff were courteous and respectful. The apartment was well maintained and when an issue arose it was promptly corrected.
Only thing can said I thank GOD!!! For found me cause I was homeless again thanks 🙏
