We had a great experience purchasing and installing REVwood floors through Carpet One, and a huge part of that was working with Heather! From start to finish, she was prompt, clear, and accurate. Heather was genuinely friendly throughout the entire process, no matter how many questions we asked her. The installation went smoothly, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the REVwood product. If you're thinking about replacing your floors, we'd highly recommend Carpet One and asking for Heather.
Had quotes from other services but these guys definitely were on the low end. And I appreciated that they gave it to me straight when discussing flooring options. Also appreciated The pride they took in their reputation, wanting to make sure that we were happy with the work being done. I was told it would take two days to do the job and they were able to knock it out in one.
Heather at Carpet One helped guide me selecting the best products for my home and style. They were quick to get the product and install the product. Shout out to Alfonso for doing a great job installing it. I love how my stairs and bedroom look. Total transformation!
