Horrible customer service. When I contacted the firm, I was immediately placed on hold for more than 10 minutes without anyone first asking the purpose of my call. I was seeking Independent Legal Counsel (ILC) regarding a time-sensitive real estate transaction involving the removal of my mother from title. Despite the urgency of the matter, the firm failed to respond to requests and emails from my law office in a timely manner.
