Jake and his partner showed up on time and ready to work at 8am this morning. I had Jacob and his friend diagnose my tankless water heater the other day. Jacob took my $125 for diagnosing the problem which Fidelity Warranty needed in writing and then needed the bid. I needed the bid also so I would not lose the $125 I paid Jacob for the diagnosing the problem. My warranty company will not reimburse me for $125 unless I get a bid. Jacob knows all of this.
