Great service! Vladamir (the owner) was very punctual, helpful, and friendly. I live in River North so my car has been sitting in my garage the whole winter. As a result, the battery was dead. I searched Yelp to find a service that could help me jump start my battery and was open over the weekend. Accordingly, I found Carrectly. I talked through the needs & concerns; to oversee a 2nd opinion for the work of a previous mechanics error. Vladimir managed the issue step by step. This service was outstanding. The gentleman who came to take my car for a bath arrived quickly and was quite professional. Great service- Vladimir took my car from the parking garage to the shop and returned it again right back in its original location. It was magic! Thank you and I would recommend you to anyone.
I could not be happier I came across Carrectly. I love for my car to look good and work properly but I hate anything that has to do with maintaining it, mostly because it's so inconvenient and time consuming. With that being said, I used Carrectly yesterday to change oil and get my regular car wash. They arrived when they promises, were fully transparent on the cost and did an outstanding job communicating with me. I've been looking for something like this for a long time! I've spent a day at work, they picked up my car in the morning and till the end of the day it was all maintained and cleaned! Carrectly guys are amazing!!! I own a remodeling business and my work van needed some work done - breaks changed, oil, check on some weird sounds...etc. I didn't have time to deal with that, so I reached out to Carrectly.
