I've seen eye doctors ever since I was a first grader and my experience at CFV has by far been my favorite. I always dread my annual eye exam, but this the staff was so friendly and put me at ease. Dr. Priya was an absolute professional and explained thoroughly comments regarding my vision health. I would definitely recommend CFV to all.

I have always experienced EXCELENT service and Carrboro Family Vision cares about everyone in the community. Dr. V and all the providers are excellent, explain so the consumer understands, friendly customer services (I got a sef-stamped envelope to mail in my refund to BCBSNC, they tried to find a part for my "purple-rain" glasses but I ordered a new pair from a GREAT TEAM!
Always friendly, professional staff, both administrative and clinical. They have always listened to and taken seriously all my comments and questions about my vision and eye health, and I have always gotten thorough exams and clear explanations from Dr. Chow. I have yet to find better opticians. My prescription is very thick, so my glasses require careful measurements and precise calibration to work properly. I live in Durham and tried to have the glasses done closer to home last time, but ended up having to come back here..... read more
Excellent service from the moment I walked in the door and through out my visit! All staff care about you and your eye sight. Everything is explained clearly. Everyone was most helpful. Best eye exam experience I have ever had.
