Extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. After driving an hour to my appointment, I arrived just 10 minutes late due to traffic—despite calling ahead to inform them. I was refused service, and the front desk staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. This is no way to treat loyal patients.
I’m currently leaving an appointment where I was seen an hour after my scheduled time. It is not busy. The parking lot and waiting room are empty. My dr no longer works here and no one told me until today after I showed up. I have given this place multiple chances, I will not be returning.
my last primary here respected my pronouns & said i could come here for hrt in the future. today multiple nurses misgendered me & Dr Neyman said helping me manage my hrt is against personal beliefs, interrupted me, and left without addressing what I told her I wanted to talk about! front desk is always sweet though -keep her

Nicole Brown is a pro and a great diagnostician. Very smart and accessible, great listener. Highly recommended. I’ve been with the practice for years, through multiple providers, and have nothing but good things to say.
