I found a new primary care a while ago and have not looked back since. Carrboro Family Medicine is rude and uninviting. Specifically, Dr. Nicole Brown is very unprofessional in the ways she addresses clients and acts very rushed during appointments. The front desk attendants have been rude on multiple occasions as well. Overall not a pleasant or welcoming environment. Please consider choosing a different practice for your primary care.

I am broken hearted about how the new company has destroyed what was once the best primary care practice in the state. It's criminal. Patients are receiving sub-par care, slow response, are being gaslight, and frankly putting lives at risk.

I am SO SO lucky to have this as my medical home. Dr. Neyman is the the provider that anyone dealing with multiple chronic health issues and their presence on your quality of life dreams about,and frankly , I doubted was out there. She is a gem. I needed someone that could work with an educated patient... and in finding Dr. Neyman, I found a true partner- someone that valued the proactive and educated patient. Charged me $75 today for a doctor’s signature on some physical papers for school, simply because I didn’t have them at my physical appointment last year because I didn’t have access to them yet. I was prepared to pay a fee, but $75 for an appointment that took less than 5 minutes and during which I literally only needed the doctor to write her name on a piece of paper.
