I am SO SO lucky to have this as my medical home. Dr. Neyman is the the provider that anyone dealing with multiple chronic health issues and their presence on your quality of life dreams about,and frankly , I doubted was out there. She is a gem. Charged me $75 today for a doctor’s signature on some physical papers for school, simply because I didn’t have them at my physical appointment last year because I didn’t have access to them yet. I was prepared to pay a fee, but $75 for an appointment that took less than 5 minutes and during which I literally only needed the doctor to write her name on a piece of paper. I have been coming here for almost 20 years and up until the new company took over, I have never had any issues. The front "staff" is rude, I mean rude. The billing has been off the last two visits ive had and when I went into the office and asked to speak to someone in billing, the front office assistant went and got someone from the back and they werent even willing to assist me in the issue stating "she wasnt the billing department ". And gave me the same thing I already had which I had already discussed with her.
