I have been coming here for almost 20 years and up until the new company took over, I have never had any issues. The front "staff" is rude, I mean rude. The billing has been off the last two visits ive had and when I went into the office and asked to speak to someone in billing, the front office assistant went and got someone from the back and they werent even willing to assist me in the issue stating "she wasnt the billing department ". And gave me the same thing I already had which I had already discussed with her.
Not a safe space.
Truthfully I had no idea a doctor's office could be this awful. It was a sequence of pretty unusual things and it taking days for them to finally return my calls in regard to a prescription refill after the only appointment I ever had with them after moving here from VA to get established. On the phone I was transferred to the nurse's station and right off the bat she was firmly dismissive, opening with "we can see all of your appointments past and future" before I'd even spoken more than two sentences.
