Xiao cares about you as a patient... not as a customer. Pay no attention to the negative (and quite honestly, false) reviews by those who have no idea how the insurance game works. I have worked in healthcare for 10 years. And I know a genuinely caring and sincere provider when I meet one. I will be coming back regularly.. in fact, I'm on my way there now for a follow up

I have rarely had to wait here, and never more than just a few minutes. She handles the practice efficiently and quickly. Very affordable. Xiao listens to you, does not speak down to you , unlike many doctors I have dealt with in the past.

Xiao is a practitioner who truly cares for her patients, she is thorough and sees your conditions/symptoms in a whole picture. Despite some negative reviews coming from billing, I was able to observe her practice on my own and make a fair judgement. A lot of people are not familiar with insurance process, hence a lot of misunderstanding, if the insurance does not pay, it will not pay at most clinics, and it usually takes several months receiving the medical bill, even at a large medical center with workers specialize in bill... read more
