My husband and I really love the location! We are right next to the Katy Trail and a great neighborhood. Our neighbors are friendly and we have been able to meet several of them though the awesome events that are planned by the Apartment Life Coordinators. Really a great place to live!

The office staff and maintenance are wonderful! Special shoutout to Ethan, Samantha, and Jordan! It’s the best place to live in Knox
UPDATE Serious safety issues not addressed. Foundation issues continue to worsen. New cracks appear and grow. The beams from the wooden structure have now started visibly showing through the sheet rock (see pictures). Cracks can be seen through the complex. Water turned murky a couple of months ago for myself and several neighbors (maintenance was of no help). If you enjoy pieces of your walls/ceiling fall onto you while at home, you will love it here.
