Awful communication. Horrible service. No empathy or urgency. Selfish business practices. ******* came out to inspect our roof for damages needing repair. (He was referred by another company and during the visit tried to minimize their job implying we dont need their work). We were promised an estimate with pictures same day. Excellent company that took care of water damage sustained from a broken water heater. They were professional, prompt, easy to do business with and restored our garage and bedroom back to normal. They handled all the coordination with Dryforce and got us through the restoration quickly.
