We just had Carranos do custom railings for our front steps. We couldn’t be happier. Mike, the owner, is easy to work with and very responsive. He helped us design the railings, gave us a huge selection of color options, and has his own powder coat paint facility. The railings are high quality, elegant, yet sturdy and provide us with the safety we need while adding to the beauty of the house. Prices are very competitive.
Loved working with Mike, originally told me about 3 weeks to start, had a window of opportunity, came following week and picked up railing, had it for 6 days and had it reinstalled first thing in the am. He suggested doing a repair instead of replacement as only the legs were rotted out. Came out AWSOME looks like its brand new. If anyone needs metal railings , CNC machine work or powder coating he is the man to go to.
The whole experience working with Mike was positive. He was responsive to my initial inquiry, worked with me to design a railing for my steps that I loved and even rushed to install them before a snowstorm to insure that no one would slip on the ice. His estimate was reasonable - especially for the quality of work - which was exceptional. I’ve had bad experiences with contractors in the past that overpromised and under delivered.
