Britt Air LLC (formerly Carrano) delivered a very disappointing experience. The tech was on site for 5 minutes, made no effort to troubleshoot, and immediately pushed for a full unit replacement—then charged $140 for the visit. Follow-up with the office was just more back and forth with no resolution. I would not recommend.

update: never received a call back like they promised. Wouldn't expect anything different from a poorly run company. You would think a company wouldn't try to rip off a customer that used them to purchase and install their AC unit 3 years prior. Well, I was sorely mistaken. I was charged $450 to replace a broken capacitor that took no longer than 30 minutes to fix. I asked them for a breakdown of the cost and all they could say is that it was a "flat rate". Highly recommend! Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and they always go out of their way to accommodate my busy schedule. They are my go to for our HVAC needs.
