Based on their website, I was convinced this could be a great company for my cross border needs and taxes. As they offer, I sent an email about two weeks ago, specifing my needs for the free consultation. As a European company, we decided to register our company in the U.S. and we got in contact with Carranco & Lawson. There's nothing better than working with this CPA. The team is professional, hospitable, and has a lot of knowledge.
Failed to communicate with the person that had been designated as the contact point, despite multiple requests to do so. General lack of service and are currently attempting to charge us after we cancelled our contract with them more than 2 months ago.
