On August 15, 2026, my wife and I, along with our two daughters, celebrated her birthday with dinner at Carrabba’s. Our waitress was Kaytlin (Kaytie). It was clear the restaurant was short-staffed that evening, yet we were genuinely impressed by how seamlessly she managed multiple tables while still providing us with excellent, attentive service. We want to give Kaytlin special recognition for the cheerfulness and positive energy she brought to her work throughout our meal.
Waldir was so amazing! I never had to ask for a single thing. He was so on top of it all and so funny! Great service! Even the host was amazing, joking with my older boys. Very welcoming !
Jenna went above and beyond. It's all about Customer service!!!

She was very helpful sometime. I could be difficult but she arrived to the occasion and did everything with a smile We will be back in a hopefully she will service again. Thank you Jenna
