They no longer want to take the time to stuff the Pollo Rosa Maria. Now they just drop the stuff on top, pop it in the oven and serve. Plus they dropped Taglarini completely and you cannot special order it. Two staples and personal favs for 20 years. These things made Carabas special and different with a five star feel. Now its like they are trying to compete with Olive Garden. And sinking to that level in order to do it. You guys are screwing up.
What a wonderful experience here. Our waiter Ray was super nice. Took excellent care and attention to us. Definitely coming back again. Again Ray was definitely awesome. Please make sure that he gets the credits he deserves
Our server Justin was super attentive and respectful. Our meal came out at a reasonable time and the atmosphere was lovely. Would definitely go again.
I went here for my first time for lunch yesterday and Jonathan was a great!! Great food, didn't have to wait long! Looking forward to coming back!
First time there and we had lunch. Everyone was very friendly. We were greeted pleasantly at the door. Waiter was attentive and the food was great.
This place was the poorest example of Carrabbas ever! We were ignored and people were taken before us to begin with. After waiting an hour and no food then we ask another waiter to check on our food. I'm pretty sure the ticket had not been turned into the kitchen. Usually Carrabbas has fantastic calamari this time it was so over seasoned with salt and pepper we could not eat it. the rest of the food once we finally got it was good.
