The waitress brought bread without the oil and seasoning. Why?!?! I had to send back my lasagna. The top layer of pasta could not be cut with a knife! Yes they credit our bill. It took so long to get dinner that by the time they came to take back the lasagna my husband was more than half done with his meal. Left without dinner. I used to love Carrabba’s but if they don’t step up their game I will find a new go-to restaurant.
For a slow night and my food had to go back cause it wasn't cooked as requested, the service was very slow.
Service was the best and food was awesome!
Best service we’ve had in a while! Walked in and were sat immediately! We did do a call ahead, but didn’t have to wait at all! Sat down and our waitress Whitney was there within 30 seconds! Drinks and bread was there in about 2 minutes! Service overall was excellent! Will definitely be back soon!
I love Carrabba’s! I had scallops and shrimp penne! It was fantastic! Service was great! Will return soon!
The food was great but it was very cold so we ate quick and rolled out
I really wanted to come here for my birthday so we drove 45 minutes in rush hour traffic to come here. Even after telling the waiter it was my birthday and hearing them sing to THREE other tables in the less than hour time we were there they did nothing for us. Also the waiter seemed to want to rush us out, I'm guessing because of our newborn being with us even though he was well behaved the entire meal. We absolutely LOVE Carrabba's! It was where my Love & I went on our first date so we went back a year later to celebrate our 1st anniversary together & we were so happy to coincidentally be seated with the same awesome waiter! I feel awful bc I can't remember his name...Blake? Drake? possibly? He is awesome & actually remembered us & gave us our choice of desserts to celebrate after a truly wonderful meal!
