Was looking for brick oven pizza in Wilmington. Was very surprised to find Carrabba's had it. Both my wife and I got one and we were very pleased with them. Excellent toppings and the dough browned from the oven. Will definitely try them again!

The customer service is on point at this location. I ordered my food, everything came out in a timely manner. However, my steak was over cooked, but the manager came over right away and apologized and said they would throw another steak on grill and that it would be on the house. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but this company owns up to it and takes care of their customers.
I ordered a salad with no crouton and dressing on the side. Poured some dressing on my salad and about halfway through found croutons buried in my salad. Took out what I could find and when I pour the rest of my dressing on the salad I found three pieces of pasta IN my dressing! Gluten causes digestive upset for me and countlesss others, not too much to expect they should have been more careful and how the heck does pasta get into a dressing served on the side? My mother and I came in to eat about 6 pm to eat, it was semi packed but there was no wait. As soon as we sat down, along with the table behind us, the over head lights started to flicker. The waitress was very timely in resolving the issue, and the manager personally came out and apologized for the inconvenience. Our waitress was super attentive (but not overly), and the manager returned at the end of our meal for small talk and to thank us for coming.
