We love Carrabba's, but not this time. We were there for 3 hours after walking right in. Our drinks and food took forever, our food was cold, then they just started ignoring us, even the manager. Asking for a refill or a box seemed too much effort. We got free dessert after all that, whoopie. We will NEVER be back!! TRAVIS MCHENRY, PROPRIETOR should be ashamed. Absolutely worst experience ever!

Met the owner “Travis” who was very nice and accommodating. The food was well prepared.
Terrible service. We were told by the hostess that we could not be seated because they were short a server. There were at least 10 empty tables at the time, by the way. After a 15 minute wait she advised us that he was almost there, in would only be another 10 minutes or so. Since when do you leave customers waiting for a late employee? We got up and left.
We had great service for our large family party. Food was plentiful & delicious.
The food was disgusting, cold and inedible. The service was terrible. The worst food I have ever eaten.Don't eat there ever.

Better tasting food, bigger portions. I was very disappointed. I took my husband 4 his Birthday cuz I told him it was really good, I guess that was 10 years ago, its not good anymore.
