If Olive Garden treats you like family, CARRABBA'S in OC treats you like ROYALTY! Got a gift card for my birthday last September and just used it tonight. Been waiting 6 months to order Pork Chops Masala only to be told they were out of pork chops. I was SO SAD! Before I could decide on another entrée the manager, Anil Alkan, came over and told me he was going to the local grocery store and get pork chops so I could have my dinner of choice. 9 of us went to dinner last night there... Checked in , told there was 30 minute wait , 50 minutes later walked back in and was told table wasn't ready , looked ready to me , 15 minutes later walked back in and table looked the same. Hostess looked at me after finishing her conversation with co workers and said " I guess you can seat them ". Hostess was terrible and rude , server was good and friendly and food good as always . The hostess needs to brush up on customer service
