RecommendedGreat service, food and atmosphere. The leadership team did a wonderful job of making sure our needs were met. Job well done!
Ate here two days in a row, unfortunately got the same server each time. Food was great as usual but the server left us without drinks most of the meal. Tonight was especially rough since the credit card machine was not operating so we waited and are still waiting as I write this review. Waiting with nothing to drink. So if management bothers to read this review, the food is great but the service staff needs training.
Our family went to Carrabba's last night to celebrate Father's Day. This was not our first visit, but it will probably be our last. The service was terrible. Our waitress did not seem to have any interest in trying to give us good service. She delayed bringing our salads so that we were only half way finished with our salads when the entrees came. This place has really fallen off. Food is nothing like it used to be and prices have gone up. The veal I had tonight was very bland and the salad was brown. Maybe this location is under new management. It used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Sad.
They have changed menus over the years and several apps and entreés disappeared. �. But meal I ordered was a bit dry yet the service was very good!

If we’re ever in Greenville this is our go to for food. The service was excellent from the hostess, the sweet lady that sat us & our waitress. The food is always delicious!!
