The new and improved menu does not have any vegetarian options. And when you order something from the menu without the meat, they still charge you for the meat since they do not have an option to charge you for the vegetarian meal. How do you introduce an entire menu without any vegetarian options. There are 15 gluten-free options and no vegetarian options. Please revisit your menu otherwise vegetarians will not be frequenting your restaurant.
My fiancé and I ate here last night for the first time. The food was exceptional. Our server, Ryan, was very friendly and helpful, even bringing us a sample of a different soup to try and a complimentary dessert. What really impressed us was when he brought the manager out to our table as we got the check, who thanked us for coming and visited for a couple minutes. That kind of service and hospitality is rarely seen anymore. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area.
I have Celiac Disease and ordered a gluten free pasta dish. The waitress did her part but the kitchen did not. They served me regular pasta, luckily I caught it after just a few bites but paid the price. Please be careful if you have to eat gluten free at this restaurant.
My husband and I don't go out to eat often but when we do, we usually end up at our favorite Carabba's because we know we won't be disappointed. We love the updated atmosphere, the service, and of course the delicious food. Plus, we can count on our picky toddler to leave with a full belly.
So angry! How dare you guys give me barely any food. Worst experience in my life......
Went for My fiance 25th Birthday last night and the waiter was so nice she was simply helpful and out going considering it was our first time dinning at Carrabbas and the food was Amazing , My Stud was impressed with my choice for Dinner for him :-) , we will be returning for sure !
Never had any complaints or ever had to send food back. We have asked for a waiter named BILL, New York accent, fantastic . You never had to ask for anything . He just brings refills, treats are 9 yr son who has ADHD like a little gentleman. The best part about BILL is he loves waiting tables. He is not one that walks up to every table and asks , are you ready to order.
I believe our server a as amber. Treated us freat. Suggested dishes from an honest perspective. Educated us on the brand itself as we had never been to one of these. Best food I have had in a very long time. Need one of these in Pittsburgh
I made a reservation for Friday February 13th at 7 so we would not have to wait and they said it would be a half an hour so we left.The manager will hear from me tomorrow.
