Calling in early didn’t work. We were told 20 minutes. It ends up being 45 minutes ! We should have just walked in and sat down at a dirty table and waited for them to bus it and then get served, Ha. We saw that happen! The food was delicious though, loved the chicken trio
We had a call ahead for seven people but it took an hour after we got there to get seated. And then we ended up in a booth with my husband sitting on a chair at the end of table. The waitress was good but we were stuck at the back corner so it was hard to get attention. Our food was good but our pasta was served cold! My sister's steak was not a filet and was very tough. It was real cold and we had to wear our jackets when we were eating !!!!!
The food and service was absolutely amazing. My waitress was very helpful and accommodating. She made great recommendations on entrees and wine selections. I will DEFINITELY will dine there again.
Went last night for my birthday. Concord Mills. Waitress was super awesome. Food was fantastic. Loved it and for sure will go back
I called Carrabba's and spoke to Greg only 4 days prior to my last minute get-together and asked if he could accommodate 20 guest at 2pm. He explained that the site normally does not take take reservations, but after explaining what it was for, he accommodated me. Even though he assured me, I still wasn't quite confident. Well, when I arrived the host had a section mapped out for us and it was only a 20 minute wait (as their Sunday's are very busy).
