UPDATE: The manager Ryan did call and apologized once more for the lack of service I received, which I think is very kind. This is specifically for the Fayetteville, NC location. Initially, the service was great. 15 minutes into my dining experience, the server never came back until I asked for a manager. Found a produce sticker in my salad and they charged me for Gorgonzola cheese in my salad but I never asked for that cheese. When presented the issues to the server there was no response of empathy or compassion. Wanted to enjoy the evening and the food but this absolutely solidifies my decision to never return to this establishment again.
Oona was an amazing server and set the standard for her peers to follow
The food was good not great, the service was amazing we asked for a both because of the baby and they were vet accommodating with the request
