Started out good. Good apps & salads. Then comes the entrees.. Luke warm. We were told the kitchen was backed up, so you think our food would be hot. Service was bad. We decided to just get our food boxed and take it home to heat ourselves. Not good service all around coming from this restaurant.
I went to dinner by myself on Christmas Eve, feeling a little down in the dumps. Tony, the manager, was surprised that I was dining alone and offered to buy my dinner ... and he wouldn't take 'no' for an answer. He had no idea how his act of kindness lifted my spirits and turned my night into a positive one ... just by feeling like someone cared. There are still wonderful people in the world, and Tony is definitely one! He is also one of the happiest people I've seen in a long time. I'll be going back to Carrabba's real soon... read more
It was my first visit and I did not like it at all. The service was too slow and the food was just ok. There are very less vegetarian options and when asked they were not even ready to customize any dish. A bad Tiramisu at such a famous Italian place is the worst thing...and it was not tasting anything like Tiramisu it was a simple cake. I would not recommend it to anyone.
My son and I had dinner here for Marine Corps birthday. My son was in uniform and he was greeted and acknowledged with the utmost respect. Crystal was our server and she did an outstanding job, I didn't get the bartender ' s name or the others that stopped by and spoke but they ALL were great!!! We will definitely be back!
It was my first visit to Carrabba's and i had the Pollo Rosa Maria with garlic mashed potatoes and it was delicious! Would go back to have that again and to eventually try the pasta dishes.
Great service! Great food! The house salad dressing is my favorite.
