Been going to and usually love the Royal Palm site. Lately though the service has been lousy. My wife and I go at least 2 times a month and love the food. Service has been bad for a bit though. The last 2 times we went they dont ask if we want bread and then when we do we wait for 15 minutes. I can see if its busy but since the place is under renovations hasn't been that crowded. Also the last 2 times while not very busy we waited like 1/2 hour to 40 minutes for food. Had to say something both times to server only for them t... read more
Use the delivery service for the first time. My food was packed nicely and organized. It was fast delivery and came hot. The server Emily who took the order was wonderful. Food was great as well.
I ordered the shrimp pasta weenie. The shrimp were undercooked, there wasn’t enough sauce. The dish was dry and not as tasty as when I’ve previously had it. And not as hot as it should have been. I won’t go back to that Carabbas. And I’ve been to a few other locations/ the portions are smaller- prices raised. I’m very disappointed. I used to love Carrabas. It’s now on the bottom of my list. I’ll give my dining experience a thumbs down at best.
We usually go to Carrabba’s every Christmas Eve and this year was no different. There was six of us and 5 out of our 6 dishes arrived to the table cold, when it was mentioned they took it back to the back and “reheated” it. A new one wasn’t made because my mom had cut into her chicken and it was unchanged. A manager never came over to speak to us. I did a survey and was called by a manager that told us she would be emailing us a voucher to return which hasn’t happened. It was not a super busy night so not sure what the issue... read more
