Don't be rude to your customers. Don't make customers wait 30-120 minutes for their food. Know what you can and can't do as a business. Overworking your staff and making them run themselves ragged at anytime is disgusting, but in times like this even more so. Shame on you.

3 out of 5 Stars: Carrabba’s/Chain restaurants: Throw away your to-go container you accidentally left on the table, instead of holding on to it for at least 30 min to see if you call to come get it. Mom & Pop/Locally owned restaurants: Hold on to your to-go you left on the table to see if you call back to retrieve it; or, awesome customer service, call you on the number (you gave them when you made reservations) to let you know you left it and give you a chance to come get it.
