Another great meal... even meet one of the owners! Great service, food and atmosphere!
The hostess was not customer oriented, seating seemed to be a struggle for her even during the dinner shift change which is absolutely pitiful. Management needs to ensure its customers aren’t waiting 5 minutes in a mostly empty restaurant for a table, as three parties of two had to endure.

It’s pretty hard to have two terrible dinners when dining out. Carrabba’s managed that with their lasagna and their chicken parmigiana. The lasagna was bitter from their grated cheese poured over the top, and put inside. Hardly any ricotta or meat. The chicken parmigiana was burnt and like leather. My lasagna was replaced with spaghetti and three meatballs. It was ok. My husband’s chicken parmigiana was replaced with more leather. They did take the chicken parmigiana off the bill. We have eaten there before. Never again.
I CAN NOT believe that there is a HUGE bug in this salad and still squirming around!! Absolutely disgusting!
