service was great and the food was amazing
excellent food great service
We were just at Carrabbas Lancaster and had a great experience! We were hesitant to go back based on an experience recently but Sean the owner went out of his way to make sure we had a great meal and service. Eric the server was fantastic and tended to every need we had. He checked on us just the right amount of times throughout our time there. We will absolutely be going back!

Decided to go to dinner here last Friday, always have loved carrabbas. But, this Friday they were very busy with a party. The hostess was rude and could care less about her job. The bartenders were nice. The food, chicken parm, came out and it was really burnt. So we send it back. We ask to have it boxed bc my mother was really sick. So we took it home and went to eat it and that one was also burnt. I get they were busy but for two orders to be completely burned is ridiculous. Will not being go back to this location.
Very friendly informed staff. Met and talked with the new manager...very personable. Food was great.
Awesome dinner & drinks!!!!
dinner was great, service some what slow when the bartender had to wait on tables too
