We were given silverware wrapped in a cloth napkin that needed to be washed in the water that was given to us. There wasn't hot water in the bathroom so maybe they had a hot water issue that caused the dishes not to be cleaned properly? We told someone that was walking the floor (manager?) and she apologized and said she would look into it. We never saw her again. The food was fine, once we got in. They said 15 min for our 6 person party, and it turned into almost an hour. They repeatedly called other parties before us. I wonder if they could have pushed some tables together, and called us earlier instead of constantly calling smaller parties.
The peach sangria was good but weak. The food was good but for the price it was very expensive. I'd rather go to bucca where its cheaper even tho its family style there its still good for the price. The wait staff was good tho and so was the host staff.
First time at a Carrabba's restaurant. Very good food. Very friendly people working there. If you go to the Carrabba's in Brooklyn Ohio, ask for Tony to wait on you.
