Carrabba's used to be one of our favorite places to eat, a lot has changed though since our last visit. Menu items have changed and prices have increased quite a bit. I'm not sure if it's just this particular location or if the changes have taken place at all locations. The individual that waited on us was a bit of a dud as well. Disappointingly, this will be the last time we eat at carrabba's.
I went with a group of people. I ordered the salmon with a salad and a side of Grilled Asparagus ($1.99 up charge)and a glass of Iced tea. We were served and the salmon was delicious ..but the Salad was not very good, the lettuce was too plain and tasteless and the Asparagus was hard and woody, could barely cut it with a knife and finally gave up. The restaurant was very busy, but the staff were friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our meals and the atmosphere!
So very disappointed in the Carrabba's location in Mason. I don't understand how his product quality can be so very different than the other restaurants run by Carrabbas. Tonight my husband and I received our salads which were horrible, brown lettuce, not crispy and sour to taste. Our waiter offered to get us a new one and it was no better. He talked to his manager and the owner and neither of them would come over to talk to us or offer a solution.
