Carrabba's is my very favorite place to eat. But I had a very disappointing experience at this location about 10 days ago. We took our grandsons to Great Wolf Lodge on Nov. 3rd and I was very excited to learn there was a Carrabba's 4 miles away. I had Marasala Chicken my husband had the chicken trio. Our food was luke warm at best and it wasn't very good at all. This was on a Monday and they weren't very busy at all. The best part of the meal was the bread and the wine.
I usually enjoy my experience at Carrabbas but tonight was not the night. First, I called to place an order and I hung up after being left on hold for 15 minutes. Next, I placed an order on line and we waited over 30 minutes past our scheduled time to get our order. Finally, some of our meals were missing there sides. I'm very disappointed.
I dearly love Carraba's!! Married to an Italian, everytime we get a chance we have to stop for wonderful food and a bottle of vino. Many years to come I hope!
