I've been coming to the one in independence since they opened. The service has steadily declined to the point of no return and now I'm served raw food. I ordered the Johnny as I always do. Ordered a medium steak and was served a raw steak. The blood was draining on my plate. Not going to sugar coat this. I wanted to hurl! The manager came over and told me they have different guidlines for cooking meat and insisted this was their version of medium. We love the food here however SERVICE is horrible. And this is not just a one time thing. We have walked out once because it took them so long to even ask for drinks and it WAS NOT busy at all!!!! So after waiting a good 20-30 min w/o even being seen- we walked out. And this has happened on a few occasions!!!! We love the food but we have gone less and less because of this problem.

Their food is good but kind of expensive for pasta. Great italian atmosphere.
