Food was great, atmosphere warm, and they got us in without to long of a wait after another restaraunt turned us away
We went there on 12/3/16 around 5~5:5:30pm. There was a 25 to 30 minute wait which we knew we would have to. We could of called ahead or made reservations, but we were in no hurry. It was just a night out with friends. The problems I saw were as such: Husband got chicken & pasta, and would not get that again. The couple we were with had very small portion on there plates. A suprise dinner from my husband for my birthday. He got a rave review from work. We got there, we were seated..then we sat there. A few minutes later a grp of 4 was seated right next to us. They were promptly asked what they wanted to drink, and orders were taken. We still sat there..with nothing. We were finally addressed after he put the stop watch on and laid it on the table. My husband and I go to Carrabba's two or three times a month, and it's our favorite restaurant in Kalamazoo. It's always consistent, the service is impeccable, and the food is just delicious!
Ate lunch here. Very good chicken soup, a bit too salty but good. Pizza was yummy. Thin crust, pizza sauce, olives and added chicken. Did not like that all beef sauces/meatballs contain pork. A beef only option would be a good additional choice. Our waitress Sam was very, very nice. Love the scratch cooking, unlike Olive Garden which is all proccessed, glorified TV dinner food. Will eat here again!
Carrabba's has always had excellent service. The food is some of the best Italian food in the area. I give them a 5+.
